Most recently Matt was the 2013 Kitsap County Bar President.  Prior to entered private practice, Matt was with the Kitsap County Prosecutor’s Office, Matt’s cases included DUI’s, drugs, sexual assaults, domestic violence, property crimes, identify theft, three-strikes offenses and murder charges. In addition Matt helped establish the Kitsap County Drug Court.  In January 2003 he was presented the Humanitarian Award by the Kitsap County Bar Association. He has previously served on the Board of Trustee’s at Martha and Mary and the City of Poulsbo Library Board. His practice includes family and criminal law, including traffic, DUI, and juvenile offenses.

Matt and his wife Kristine have two children. In his spare time Matt enjoys travel, reading, and is an avid backyard astronomer.
